Every park accommodates all year levels from P to 12. Junior courses are designed for younger students, with obstacles and activities built to suit smaller bodies and younger participants. Standard courses cover ages 8 and above, offering a range from Beginner through to Expert so students of different confidence levels and abilities are each appropriately challenged.

The process is as straightforward as it looks. Here is how it works from first contact to your group stepping off the bus.
Fill in the form or call the team with your preferred park, rough group numbers, and the year levels involved. They will come back within 24 hours with availability, pricing, and the options that suit your group.
A 20% deposit secures your session date. Final numbers and the remaining balance are due seven days before your visit. Once booked, you will receive waiver links to share with parents and guardians ahead of the day.
Each participant needs a completed waiver before the activity. For students under 18, parents or guardians complete the form online. This is the main pre-trip task for the school, the rest is handled.
Get to the park 15 minutes before your session starts. Instructors manage harnessing and run a full training session with every participant before anyone goes near the course. From that point on, the Treetops team is with your group the entire time.

But if you are putting together a multi-activity camp itinerary and want to cover a full day, or more, in one place, these three parks stand out. Each offers multiple distinct activities, so different year groups or ability levels can be running experiences at the same time.
Tasmania's only treetop adventure destination, set in Hollybank Reserve about 20 minutes from Launceston. The guided 2.5-hour Zipline Tour runs above Pipers River at heights of up to 50 metres, with guides covering the forest ecosystem along the way, so it carries genuine outdoor education value rather than being a pure thrill. Pair it with the self-guided Tree Ropes Course to fill the day. For camps built around wilderness and natural environment, nothing in the parks comes closer.

The Tree Ropes Course packs over 90 aerial obstacles and 16 ziplines across levels from Junior through to Expert, enough to challenge a mixed P to 12 group for a full day. The recently opened Networld adds a harness-free net and trampoline experience for younger students, so primary and secondary groups can run side by side. For schools wanting everything in one location without a long drive, it is one of the most practical options in the parks.
